On 12th & 13th February, 2019 IOM Skopje together with colleagues from other IOM offices from the region and Western Balkans – WB6 representatives held a coordination meeting to exchange data and information on migration trends and changes in migrant smugglers’ modus operandi. The meeting was organized within the regional project “Enhancing Capacities and Mechanisms to Identify and Protect Vulnerable Migrants” – Phase III, supported by the U.S Department of State Bureau of Population, Refugee, and Migration (PRM). The project is implemented in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia.
