In July 2018, within the EU funded project “Strengthening the national capacities in the area of asylum, migration and trafficking in human beings”, final two (2) counselling sessions for 18 vulnerable migrants and asylum seekers were organized in the Transit Reception Centers in Vinojug, Gevgelija and in the Reception Centre for Asylum Seekers in Vizbegovo, Skopje.

Majority of the sessions’ participants continue to show interest to learn more about their rights, available protection and responsibilities as migrants and as asylum seekers according both the national and international legislation.

Since March 2018, total ten (10) counselling sessions were organized since for 133 migrants and asylum seekers, out of which 109 men and 24 women, coming from Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Chechenia, India, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Morocco, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Syria, and Turkey.
